Coriah Pounds is a Realtor® with eXp Realty and a lifelong interest in real estate that started at home. Growing up, she watched her mother invest in real estate and saw how owning property could become a meaningful part of building a future for a family. That experience eventually inspired Coriah to take her own path in the industry.

Before becoming a Realtor®, Coriah spent four years working in healthcare. Helping people has always been a big part of who she is, and her time in healthcare taught her how to listen, communicate, stay organized, handle stressful situations, and meet people where they are.

As a Realtor®, Coriah believes in being honest, staying involved, and making sure her clients understand what is happening throughout the process. She knows buying or selling a home can come with a lot of questions, and she wants her clients to feel comfortable asking them.
