Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, Jay is a proud graduate of Detroit Cass Technical High School and has deep roots in the communities she serves. She is also a former NCAA Division I student-athlete at Western Michigan University, AAU All-American and a school record holder in track & field whose achievements continue to stand at both the high school and collegiate levels. Her athletic career instilled the discipline, determination, resilience, and work ethic that she brings to every client relationship and real estate transaction. Jay holds a Master of Science in Cybersecurity from Tiffin University and brings a diverse professional background in healthcare, wellness, property management, and technology.
