Born and raised in Detroit, Selwyn K. Conley brings a lifetime of community roots and hands-on expertise to every client relationship. Before earning his real estate license, Selwyn built a career as a licensed lead inspector, skilled handyman, and ordained minister — experience that gives him a rare, practical eye for evaluating homes and a genuine gift for guiding people through major life decisions with patience and care. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Religious Education and has completed his realtor licensing exam along with ongoing continuing education to stay sharp on today's market.
Selwyn became a realtor for a simple reason: he wants to help people understand the homebuying process and find a place they're proud to call their own. As a longtime property owner in both Detroit and Kalamazoo, he understands Michigan's diverse neighborhoods and housing stock firsthand — knowledge he puts to work for every buyer and seller he represents.
Outside of real estate, Selwyn is deeply invested in his community as the founder of Men Conclave, co-founder of Well-Thee Love Ministries, and a licensed CPR instructor. Married for over 30 years, he and his wife, Lakeisha, have homeschooled their six children from birth through college and now enjoy life as grandparents — and avid roller skaters.
Whether you're buying your first home or your next one, Selwyn is ready to bring integrity, insight, and heart to your journey.
