I hold multiple degrees and certifications. I graduated from Madonna University with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Nutrition with Honors. For the past 36 years I have excelled in the long-term care industry as a Registered Nutritionist and as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. In 2025 my facility received the prestigious ACHA Silver Quality Award. I’m a coach that gets results. I’ve coached hundreds of clients, resulting in many of them losing over one hundred pounds.
